The Plume of Feathers - restaurant, pub and bed and breakfast accommodation - is located in Mitchell, Cornwall, within close driving distance of Newquay (including Newquay Airport) and Truro. Having built up an excellent reputation for pub dining The Plume’s extensive menu and daily specials has something for all, where the emphasis is on fresh quality seasonal ingredients and attentive service.
From the Steak Sandwich on a Char Grilled Ciabatta with Sun Blush Tomatoes, Melted Brie, Rocket & Olive Puree, and the delectable Grilled Goats Cheese & Oven Dried Tomatoes on a Toasted Ciabatta with Rocket & Basil Oil, to our Confit Duck Leg with Sautéed Potatoes, Fine Green Beans & Sherry Vinegar Dressing, the Plume of Feathers is a gastronome's delight.
But the The Plume of Feathers is more than just excellent food and service. The old stables and barn have been superbly converted to create eight cosy bed & breakfast rooms. All rooms feature either bath or shower en suite, and the two bedroom self-catering holiday cottage features its very own garden. Our NEWLY OPENED CONSERVATORY adds a completely new dimension to your experience at The Plume. Open for breakfast from 8 every morning, The Plume offers food and drink throughout the day until 10pm.
The conservatory is also available for functions, conferences and business meetings, and conveniently placed just off the A30 in Mitchell.
